electricity and telephone connected to the Prime Minister's residence and electricity, electricity and telephone charges (excluding fines) for one unit connected to the residences of other ministers will be borne by the Government of Nepal. However, the Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Home Affairs and Finance can also be paid the telephone fees for government work abroad as specified by the Government of Nepal.
